I found the location very convenient. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The breakfast included many options and the breakfast area felt inviting. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated the spacious bathroom in my room.

I noticed some minor wear in the hallways, specifically a few areas where the paint seemed touched up, but not perfectly.

The receptionist was professional and helpful. She was easy to talk to.. I really appreciated her assistance. I also booked a superior double room. It was spacious and comfy.

There were some issues in the stairwell. White plastered patches needed paint. The window in my room did not want to stay shut. There was no latch to keep it closed.

i appreciated the perfect location close to the center it was quiet next to the russian orthodox cathedral. i enjoyed sitting in the lovely courtyard garden there were many comfortable chairs and tables. the reception staff were very helpful with all my requests the staff were friendly and efficient. i took the option of parking for $20 a night and it was well worth it.

the hotel has no bar or room service or even coffees and there is no lounge area to sit in. the spa cost an extra 15 eur and it was dirty messy with no clean towels or robes. the pool was tiny and tepid.
